Violent acts have been carried out in Venezuela to the undermine constitutional order and the revolutionary government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela  by neo-fascist groups.  They are attacking the integrity and stability of the country, in order to destabilize it and replay the scenario of April 11, 2002, when they attempted a coup.  The following is a chronology of events of the conspiracy, which is aided by transnational mass media and has so far caused three deaths and 23 wounded in Venezuela.
Monday, February 3: Leaders from Venezuela’s fascist opposition announce a march on February 12 with slogans like “The 12th is the Day” and “Maduro Out”.
– Thursday, February 6, day : The opposition calls for student demonstrations in the states of Mérida and Táchira, leading to vandalism and damage to businesses and the residence of Governor José Vielma Mora in Táchira. Hours later, five youths are arrested for being involved in the violence.
– Thursday, February 6, night: Different opposition leaders repudiate the arrest of the young people, thus becoming accomplices  in the crimes committed and the damage caused to public and private spaces, in what was all part of “a well-planned agenda”, in the words of one of the young people involved, who said he received money to cause violence.
– Tuesday, February 11, day: One of the youths arrested in violent opposition demonstrations in Mérida says that opposition leader Vilcar Fernandez paid him 150 thousand bolivars to generate violence in the state.
– Tuesday, February 11, night: Zurda Conducta, a program broadcast by Venezuelan channel VTV, airs audio of a telephone conversation between opposition members Ivan Carratú Molina and Fernando Gerbasi, in which they guarantee that violence will occur during the march of February 12th, as part of the Venezuelan right-wing’s plan.
– Wednesday, February 12, 9:00 a.m.: A march organized by the opposition and another organized by revolutionary forces kick off, in commemoration of Venezuela’s Youth Day.
– Wednesday, February 12 : Opposition demonstrators claim they are there to force President Nicolás Maduro’s resignation, and refuse to withdraw from the streets until this occurs.
– Wednesday, February 12, 2:00 p.m.: President Nicolás Maduro issues a call for calm. “The opposition intends to create outbreaks of violence in 50 key areas throughout the country. At this time, the reports I have are that Venezuela is at peace . “
– Wednesday, February 12, 2:30 p.m.: Opposition demonstrators violently confront state security forces.
– Wednesday, February 12, 2:50 p.m.: The Dominican newspaper Listin reports that hooded groups besieged the opposition rally , leaving 3 wounded.  This event never happened.
– Wednesday, February 12, 3:00 p.m.: The President of the National Assembly, Diosdado Cabello , blames opposition leaders for the acts of violence in the country  and announces the identity of the first deceased person, noting that those responsible will feel the full weight of the law.
Wednesday, February 12th 3:20 pm: media Announce Two dead and 23 injured, confirming the death of a member of the collective 23 January.
Wednesday, February 12 3:30 pm: Media of national and international right claimed that the deceased were opposition demonstrators.
-Wednesday, February 12 3:30 pm: The channel NTN24 Colombia, reported that he was taken off the air in Venezuela.
-Wednesday, February 12 3:30 pm: The Director of the Commission National Telecommunications William Castillo through its Twitter account, denied that there is any media of closed in the country.
Wednesday, February 12 4:00 pm: Caracas Mayor, Jorge Rodriguez, reported that the march “was not authorized” but still and “They had the guard of State security forces.”
Wednesday, February 12 after 04:00 pm, the Attorney General of the Republic, Luisa Ortega Diaz, confirmed the death two people and 23 wounded . She said that there were already sufficient reasons to initiate an investigation and assign responsibilities.
Wednesday, February 12 in the afternoon – evening:  Speaking through various international media, opposition leaders Leopoldo López and María Corina Machado called for another rally for February, 13 in the city of Caracas.
Wednesday, February 12 07:00 pm: generate new sources of violence by opposition groups in the vicinity of Chacao. They attacked with stones and sharp objects to police and military.
Wednesday, February 12 07:00 pm: In remarks to radio and television outlets, President Nicolas Maduro said that already had identified the perpetrators and promoters of deaths and injuries produced in the country.
Wednesday, February 12 07:00 pm: President Nicolas Maduro announced that the two deceased had been shot in the head, like the dead on April 11, 2002, which strengthened the thesis of the coup plans by the opposition.
Wednesday, February 12 07:00 pm: President Nicolas Maduro announced to the country that five patrols belonging to the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations were Corps were burned by “fascist opposition groups”.
Wednesday, February 12 07:00 pm: The President of the Republic Nicolas Maduro called for calm and invite you once again Opponents young students to sit at a dialogue table.
Wednesday, February 12 07:30 pm: President Nicolas Maduro confirmed the launch of National Pacification Plan on Friday, February 14, while regretting the deaths as a result of the violent actions by these groups.
Did the youth in Venezuela really have a reason to Venezuela to march? Do they really claim their rights or are they used as part of a conspiratorial plan?

Today public policies are designed for the comprehensive development of young people between 15 and 30 years , integrating this sector people in the planning and implementation of strategies, plans and programs and from different State for to ensure the full enjoyment and exercise of fundamental rights of the youth population , established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic de Venezuela , the Law for the People’s Power Youth and other legal acts of the Republic referred to the youth population , unlike other countries where young people are taken into account in decision -making and instead are abandoned and execrated .
 
Quantitative data for the speech:
  • Education in Venezuela is free, equal and of quality. Seventy nine percent of young people between 15 and 24 years (more than 4 million youth) are studying and 67percent of them do it in public institutions.
  • In Venezuela, we have a rate of 85% access to basic education, which places us in fifth place among Countries with the highest enrollment.
  • University enrollment in Venezuela reached 2 million 600 thousand students, representing an increase of 216% with compared to previous periods. With this, Venezuela ranks 2nd place more university student enrollment in Latin America according to the Organization of the United Nations for Education, Science, and Culture (UNESCO).
  • 77 percent of young Venezuelans complete their studies and opt to remain in the country for the development of their professional life.
  • In Venezuela , 67  percent of young people between the ages of 15 and 30 years old use their spare time gathering in public spaces, while 10 % use shopping centers to do so.
  • A National Youth Institute found that 62 % of young Venezuelans between the ages of 15 and 30 years old access the internet in their homes.
  • In Venezuela 99  percent of young people have access to electricity .
  • 97% of young Venezuelans now have access to a mobile telephone .
  • In Venezuela , 90 % of the youth population between 15 and 30 years old have potable water in their homes .
  •  Regarding Sexual Education in Venezuela, training and awareness raising sessions have been conducted. Today 65% of the sexually active youth population  use contraception to prevent disease and / or unwanted pregnancy , being the preservative the most used method among 60% of the youth .
  • 73 percent  of young people in Venezuela believe that participatory democracy is the best system of government , while 60  percent refers to socialism as the best economic system.
  • Of the population of young Venezuelans between 16 and 30 years old, 30 percent  are studying, while another 30 percent  are working . Of this percentage of young people working , more than 85 percent  do so in the area of public services , including government institutions.
  • As part of the plan for peace in Venezuela  the Ministry of People’s  Power for Youth, has pushed through Urban Arts Schools with the aim of giving young people specialized training in singing, dancing, painting and music. Thus 150 schools will make up the Popular Urban Arts distributed throughout the national territory.
Qualitative data for the speech :
  • The Venezuelan government created the Ministry of People’s Power for Youth and the National Youth Institute, with the intention of fostering active participation among young people and integrating them into the process of transformation to a socialist country with peoples power amongst the youth.
  •  The Venezuelan government created the Youth of the Country social mission to  promote comprehensive development , permanent mobilization and social inclusion of all young Venezuelans ; to promote creative, educational, cultural, scientific and productive potential through the inclusion of the youth sector in all these areas and thereby reducing the risk factors affecting the development of the  full capabilities and potential of young people.
  • In Venezuela a National Registry of the  Youth was set up, in order to attract and support all ideas and projects with Venezuelan young people, following the guidelines of the Youth of the Country social mission.
  • The Venezuelan government has built a network of information centers nationwide to allow young people access to new technologies.
  • Unlike previous years in Venezuela , consciousness Politics is now the main attraction of youth, in its understanding of class consciousness and struggle for a more just society.
  • Likewise there have been implemented programs such as the debit card “We”, issued by the Bank of Venezuela to the young people in order to promote a culture of savings; the credit card is aimed at facilitating the conditions for study and personal development of the young people ; national tourism plans ; rescue and creation of new public spaces for young people and the promotion of theatrical and musical festivals nationwide , among others .
  • The Bolivarian Revolution has shown great commitment to the university sector. For this reason strengthened the Fundayacucho Program,  Foundation Mission Sucre, Cuba – Venezuela Agreement and Institutions of University Education to give greater access to the last stage of education and providing scholarships , numbers exponentially greater comparing with previous governments.
